Apple unveiled its brand new phones, the iPhone 17 series. That's updates to three known models as well as the new iPhone Air, which takes the place of the iPhone Plus. The iPhone 17 gets a fresh design with a slightly larger 6.3-inch display and slimmer bezels. And after a long wait (and a ton of grumbling), the base iPhone 17 finally has a a 120Hz refresh rate.

Under the hood, the new A19 chip is faster and more energy-efficient, especially when teamed up with Apple Intelligence. If you are upgrading from an older iPhone, you'll experience a massive increase in speed and better gaming performance thanks to ProMotion.
On the camera front, you'll find a 48MP Fusion main camera (shooting 24MP photos by default) as well as a 2x telephoto lens. The device’s ultra-wide camera also receives an upgrade to 48MP, making macro photography crisper and also more impressive.

iPhone 17 Colours

The iPhone 17 will come in six colourways: black, white, steel gray, light blue, green and purple.

The iPhone 17 Air is set to come in colour options such as black, white, light gold and sky blue.

The Pro and Pro Max models will be offered in three premium finishes: blue, orange and silver.
